Payment & Pricing
Our platform utilizes a Pay-As-You-Go credit system, designed for maximum transparency and flexibility. Unlike traditional subscription models, users only pay for the exact volume of metered AI actions and document services they consume.

Pricing Model
The pricing is divided into two primary categories: AI Answering (metered for open-ended generated responses) and Document Preprocessing (one-time).

AI-answer credits are only used when BidHub generates open-ended written responses, such as "Why are you interested in this company?" or similar free-text application questions.
Simple profile-based fields such as first name, last name, gender, last company, LinkedIn URL, and other structured values do not consume AI-answer credits.
Whenever AI features are used, the related AI usage fee is charged to the owner of the profile connected to that action.
This means the charge follows the profile, not the person who clicked the button. For example, if an assistant uses AI features to help with a job application, such as generating open-ended answers, tailoring a resume, or tailoring a cover letter, the AI cost is billed to the profile owner. In many cases, that profile owner is the job seeker.
This billing model helps keep usage aligned with the profile that receives the benefit of the AI-generated work.

Document ordering (preprocessing) is a premium one-time service that analyzes your PDF or DOCX structure. This allows our AI to tailor documents in seconds while perfectly preserving your original formatting and branding.
Payment Methods & Top-Ups
Users fund their accounts via the Top-Up Modal. We currently support:
- Crypto (NOWPayments): Our primary payment gateway, supporting 50+ cryptocurrencies with real-time exchange rate estimates.
- Vouchers: Physical or digital codes that can be redeemed for instant credit.
Credit Storage & Transactions
Our platform is built to ensure your credits are always tracked accurately:
- Balance Tracking: Your credit balance is tracked down to the thousandth of a cent to prevent rounding errors.
- Transaction Logs: Every financial event, top-up, deduction, or referral reward, is recorded.
User Transparency & Analytics
Users can monitor their consumption through the Credits Tab in settings, which features:

Credit Usage: Interactive charts (Daily/Monthly) showing a granular breakdown of costs across different AI services.

Transaction History: A paginated record of all top-ups and rewards.

Real-time Balance: Always visible in your account so you know exactly where you stand.

The Referral Engine
The platform includes an automated referral system that rewards users for growing the community.
When a referred user makes their first top-up:
- Job Seekers: Receive 50% of the referred user's top-up amount as direct credit.
- Assistants: Receive 10% of the amount as "Score" points toward platform rankings.
