Settings

The Settings section gives users a place to manage account details, contact sharing, security, and credits.

It is available for both Job Seekers and Assistants.

Main sections​

The Settings area includes two main parts:

  • Account
  • Credits

Account​

The Account tab shows basic account information and security options.

Users can review and manage:

  • User Name
  • Account Type
  • Contact Information
  • Contact Visibility
  • Password
  • Recovery Q&A

This section helps users keep account details accurate and secure.

Credits​

The Credits tab helps eligible users manage their platform balance.

This area may show:

  • Current Balance
  • Profiles
  • Recent Transactions
  • Top Up

When adding balance, BidHub currently supports top-up options such as:

  • Crypto
  • Redeem Voucher
