Cover letter options
BidHub can also support different cover letter behaviors during applications.

Tailoring setup
BidHub offers a dedicated tailoring workflow for users who want job-specific document content while preserving the original PDF format as closely as possible.
Why setup is required
Tailoring a resume or cover letter can break the original layout if the document is edited directly.
To help prevent this, BidHub first prepares the original PDF for future tailoring.
How setup works
- The profile must have at least one resume uploaded
- Tailoring requires your document to be preprocessed ($10.00 for Resume, $5.00 for Cover Letter)
For the best AI tailoring results, it is highly recommended that:
- The profile has Apply Criteria added
- Personal Information, Work, and Education history are complete
- Tailor AI Answers questions are answered inside the profile
Preparation time: 12 to 24 hours
After setup is complete, tailoring during future applications takes only a few seconds.

This is a premium one-time setup service for each prepared document. It allows our AI to tailor documents in seconds while perfectly preserving your original formatting and branding.
