Welcome to BidHub

BidHub is an AI-powered platform where Job Seekers discover opportunities and apply, on their own or with Assistants, and our AI supports and monitors the entire application process. Create a profile, find the right opportunities, and stay in control from search to submission to feedback.

What is BidHub?

BidHub is a platform where Job Seekers and Assistants work together to discover, apply to, and track job applications. Here's what it offers:

Job Board

Find jobs across one of the largest job datasets in the world. BidHub automatically crawls the web for new listings and helps users find relevant opportunities with its powerful search engine. You can combine multiple filters to quickly find listings that fit your needs.

BidHub Copilot

BidHub Copilot is BidHub's Chrome extension for completing job applications faster and more consistently. It brings profile-based application support directly into the browser, so Job Seekers and Assistants can fill forms, answer questions, and manage documents without repeating the same work on every application.

Extension & credits

BidHub Copilot is not a subscription. You only use credits when you use paid features like open-ended AI Answering, Job Board Access, and Resume or Cover Letter Tailoring. Standard profile-field Autofill does not consume AI-answer credits.

AI Answering for Job Applications

BidHub uses AI to draft answers for open-ended job application questions based on your profile and the job description. This helps users answer repetitive free-text questions faster, stay more consistent across applications, and avoid rewriting the same responses every time.

Simple structured fields such as first name, last name, gender, last company, or LinkedIn URL are handled through Autofill and do not consume AI-answer credits.

Resume & Cover Letter Tailoring

BidHub can tailor resumes and cover letters to the current job description, helping users create more targeted applications without manually rewriting documents each time. This makes it easier to highlight the most relevant experience while preserving document format and speeding up the apply flow.

Tailor AI Answers

With Tailor AI Answers, users can save preferred answers for recurring application questions. This helps BidHub generate AI answers that match your tone, preferences, and specific instructions for questions like salary expectations, work authorization, or why you are interested in a role.

Profile Sharing with Assistants

Job Seekers can share profiles with Assistants so they can apply using the same profile data, resumes, cover letters, criteria, and saved answers. This makes collaboration fast and practical because Assistants can start working right away without complicated onboarding or repeated knowledge transfer.

Application Review & Monitoring

Monitor the application process in one place. BidHub helps users review progress, see whether jobs fit their criteria, and check what happened during each application. With review tools and browser-based monitoring, Job Seekers can stay informed, go back through their application process, verify work, and give feedback to Assistants.

New to BidHub? What do Qualified and Disqualified mean?

In BidHub, Qualified and Disqualified have nothing to do with degrees or certifications. They simply tell you whether a job meets your profile's criteria (your preferences for location, salary, role, etc.).

  • Qualified - The job fits your criteria. A good match.
  • Disqualified - The job does not fit your criteria. You can still apply if you want, but it may not be what you're looking for.

You'll see these labels in the BidHub Copilot extension and in Application Review.

Why BidHub?

LinkedIn, Indeed, and Jobright are great for browsing jobs. But they're built around a simple idea: you see a listing, and you apply yourself. Every step - search, filtering, form filling, follow-ups - sits on your shoulders.

BidHub takes a different path.

A real community, not just a job board

BidHub isn't just another place to scroll through postings. It's a community of Job Seekers and Assistants who work together. Job Seekers define what they want; Assistants help them get there. That collaboration is the core of what makes BidHub unique. You're not alone with a long list of forms - you have people who apply for you, learn your preferences, and get better over time.

Apply without being present

On traditional platforms, if you're busy, tired, or traveling, applications stall. On BidHub, Assistants keep applying on your behalf, even when you're offline. They fill out forms, answer questions, and manage the process. You don't have to be at your desk for your job search to move forward. That flexibility alone can change how many opportunities you reach.

Pay for what matters: quality and results

Assistants on BidHub aren't paid for activity; they're paid for performance and quality. Compensation reflects how well they match your criteria, how accurately they complete applications, and how much they contribute to your job search. That alignment means Assistants are motivated to do their best work, not just to log hours or clicks.

See exactly what you're paying for

BidHub gives Job Seekers powerful tools to monitor and verify Assistant work. You can track every application, review how well jobs fit your criteria, and see detailed activity and outcomes. Because you have visibility into performance, you can pay accordingly, rewarding strong results and making informed decisions about who to work with. There's no guessing. You know what happened, and you can act on it.

In short: BidHub combines community, delegation, and performance-based compensation. For Job Seekers, it's a way to scale your job search without sacrificing control. For Assistants, it's a way to be paid fairly for the value you deliver. That's why we built BidHub, and why it stands apart from the rest.
