Install BidHub Copilot

BidHub Copilot is BidHub's Chrome extension for completing job applications faster and more consistently.

It brings your selected BidHub profile into the browser so you can use Autofill, AI-assisted answers, match-rate guidance, and document support during the application flow.

Pricing

BidHub Copilot is free to install and use. Credits are only consumed when you use paid features such as open-ended AI Answering, resume or cover letter tailoring, or Job Board access. Standard Autofill for profile fields does not consume AI-answer credits.

Before you install​

Make sure you have:

  • A BidHub account
  • Google Chrome
  • At least one profile in BidHub if you want to start applying immediately

Install from the Chrome Web Store​

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing
  2. Click Add to Chrome
  3. Confirm the installation when Chrome prompts you
  4. Open BidHub Copilot from your Chrome toolbar

Sign in and select a profile​

  1. Click the BidHub Copilot icon in Chrome
  2. Sign in with your BidHub username and password
  3. After sign-in, return to the extension and open the Profiles section
  4. Select the profile you want to use. If more than one profile is available, choose the correct one before applying
  5. Keep that profile selected while working through applications

Confirm installation​

BidHub Copilot is ready when:

  • The extension appears in your Chrome toolbar
  • You can sign in successfully
  • You can open the BidHub Copilot panel from the Chrome toolbar
  • You can select a profile inside the extension
  • Supported application pages open the extension workflow automatically, or you can open it manually while applying

Extension status in BidHub​

At the bottom of the BidHub sidebar, BidHub shows whether BidHub Copilot is installed and up to date.
