Autofill

Autofill is one of the most important features in BidHub Copilot. It helps users complete job applications faster by filling repeated information from the selected profile.

Instead of entering the same details again and again, users can apply with profile-based data already prepared inside BidHub.

Credits and Autofill

Standard profile-field Autofill does not consume AI-answer credits. Credits are only used when BidHub Copilot generates open-ended written responses.

What Autofill does​

Autofill reads supported job application forms and fills matching fields using the selected profile.

This can include:

  • Personal details
  • Contact information
  • Work history
  • Education history
  • Links such as LinkedIn or portfolio
  • Other profile-based information commonly requested in job applications

How Autofill works​

  1. Open a supported application page
  2. Make sure the correct profile is selected in BidHub Copilot
  3. Start the apply flow
  4. BidHub Copilot reads the form fields
  5. Matching fields are filled automatically
  6. Review and edit any field before submitting

If a field cannot be matched confidently, it is left blank for manual review.

AI-assisted answers​

Some application fields require written responses instead of simple profile data.

For example:

  • Why do you want this role?
  • What relevant experience do you have?
  • Are you willing to relocate?
  • What are your salary expectations?
  • Why are you a strong fit for this position?

BidHub Copilot can help answer these questions using:

  • The selected profile
  • Job description context
  • Saved answer preferences from Tailor AI Answers

These AI-generated responses are intended for open-ended questions, such as "Why are you interested in this role?" or "Why are you a strong fit for this position?"

Simple profile-based fields such as first name, last name, gender, last company, LinkedIn URL, and similar structured values are handled through Autofill and do not consume AI-answer credits.
