Billing and Credits
How does the pricing system work?
Our platform utilizes a Pay-As-You-Go credit system. You only pay for the exact volume of metered AI actions and document services you consume.
How do applications work with credits?
Credits are used only for specific actions during the application flow. Open-ended AI-generated answers are billed at $1.00 per 1,000 answers, and accessing new jobs through the Job Board is billed at $0.90 per 1,000 unique jobs.
Simple profile-field filling, such as first name, last name, gender, last company, or LinkedIn URL, does not consume AI-answer credits.
Who pays when multiple people use a shared profile?
Regardless of whether the Job Seeker or an Assistant triggers a credit-consuming action, such as open-ended AI answer generation or document tailoring, on a shared profile, the system always charges the profile owner's credit balance.
Can I top up credits?
Yes. Eligible users can top up credits through Settings -> Credits. Top-up amounts and pricing may vary.
What payment methods do you support?
We currently support Crypto (via NOWPayments with 50+ cryptocurrencies) and Vouchers.
BidHub Copilot and applications
How much does BidHub Copilot cost?
BidHub Copilot itself is completely free to install and use. You only consume credits for specific actions such as open-ended AI Answering, tailoring documents, and accessing the Job Board. Standard Autofill for profile fields does not consume AI-answer credits.
How do I install BidHub Copilot?
Install it from the Chrome Web Store:
- Open the BidHub Copilot listing
- Click Add to Chrome
- Confirm installation
Which browsers support BidHub Copilot?
The documented supported browser is Chrome.
What are session screenshots?
When an application is completed using BidHub Copilot, screenshots from the application process may be automatically captured and shown in Application Review.
Can I use multiple resumes?
Yes. A profile can store multiple resumes and cover letters.
Can BidHub tailor resumes and cover letters?
Yes. BidHub supports resume and cover letter tailoring workflows. It costs a one-time fee to preprocess your document ($10 for Resume, $5 for Cover Letter), and then $0.03 per tailoring action.
Account and access
Does BidHub support email login?
No. BidHub uses username login, not email login.
Can I recover my account if I forget my password?
Recovery depends on the recovery options set on your account. Setting Recovery Questions is strongly recommended.
Why am I seeing a Forbidden (403) page?
You may be trying to access a page meant for another role. Sign in with the correct role or use the menu to go to a page available for your account.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@bidhub.tech to request account deletion.
Account Balance and refunds
How do I track my credit usage?
You can monitor your consumption through the Credits Tab in Settings. It features Credit Usage (daily/monthly charts), Transaction History, and a real-time balance.
Can I get a refund on my credit balance?
Refund policy depends on your region and unused credits. Contact support@bidhub.tech with your account details and reason for the request.
